I’ve always wanted to test out their products, but for some reason I’ve never pulled the trigger. Alrighty, keep reading for Emma’s Skincare Routine with Glossier!

Hey guys!! Emma here with my first blog post! I’m so excited to be a part of Style Inherited and especially love that I get to talk about one of my all time favorite skin care companies, Glossier. I’ve been very lucky and have never really had bad acne, however, with that being said I do tend to have more oily skin which makes my skin care routine a crucial part of keeping my skin clear.

My Must-Have Glossier Products

The first two products that I’ve been using for a little over two years now are the Super Bounce Moisturizer and Bubblewrap eye and lip plumping cream. The moisturizer is made with hyaluronic acid & vitamin B5 serum and has a very liquid consistency. I enjoy using this product because it moisturizes my skin fully without making it look shiny or sticky to the touch. As for scent, this moisturizer doesn’t really have one, which makes me feel certain that the ingredients which go into this small bottle are pure and really great for my skin!

The bottle is on the smaller side, being 1 fl oz, so I tend to have to buy a new one every two months or so, therefore, I buy them in bulk which saves packaging, is better for the environment (yay!) , as well as ensuring I never run out!

The Bublewrap Eye and Lip Plumping Cream is a great moisturizer for my under eyes. I find that around allergy season, my eyes get very dry and irritated from me rubbing them all the time, but this turned out to be the perfect solution! This product moisturizes as well as brightens my under eye area! When used in tandem, I’ve found that these products to be super effective!

I’ve also recently made some additional purchases beyond my two core products from Glossier as I’ve read really great reviews on some of the newer products. I went ahead and bought: the milky jelly cleanser, future dew oil serum, and solution exfoliating skin protector.

While I’ve only been using these products for a couple weeks, so far they’ve all been working pretty well! 

Here’s My Morning Routine:

I start with the Milky Jelly Cleanser (it has a very mild scent, almost like gas station soap), but it’s extremely soft and non-irritating to the skin. It comes in two sizes: a 6 fl oz and 2 fl oz (for travel). And guys, it’s only $9! You can’t go wrong!

The Solution Exfoliating Skin Protector is 4.4 fl oz. To use you take a cotton pad and dab the top of the bottle (which has a dispenser). This product helps with acne scarring as well as fighting off small breakouts. I love how effective this product is, while not being too harsh for my sensitive skin. Insider tip: it does really sting when put on a small cut or really big breakout, so I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re acne is abundant.

The Futuredew Oil Serum hybrid has a strong smell, almost like tea bags. However, I’ve noticed when using right after the cleanser that it leaves my skin glow and moisturized, the perfect combination!
