Happy Friday & last day of January! I keep hearing everyone say it feels like January 74th, but personally, this month flew by! It must have been a mixture of jetting off to Italy and being sick for almost 3 weeks (aka sleeping round the clock)… either way, I’m ready for February!! Apart from the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day, my sister’s birthday is in February!! Speaking of this month’s festivities, today I’m sharing some easy to make Galentine’s Day treats that I whipped up with Simply by Simone & Caitlin of WestchesterCarbdashian / The Frizzy Fibro.
