Hello hello! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I’ve been so excited to share all about my Boss Babes Workout Class at Club Sweat Greenwich from the other week. My friend Simone (who is awesome) asked me to co-host this event with her and I’m so honored she did! Keep reading to find out all about the event and about the amazing sponsors that were part of it.
All photos in this post were done by the incredibly talented Paola Kaoud. Check her out here & here. Thank you Paola!
Side Note: I absolutely LOVE hosting/co-hosting blogger events and this one was no exception. I’ll never take for granted how amazing it is that having a fun time with people I enjoy hanging out with is actually considered work! I’m actually co-hosting another event with Auburn Jewelry on July 20th at J.Crew in the Westchester Mall. Feel free to email me or DM me on Instagram for the details. This is not a blogger exclusive event by any means, but more a chance to hang out/get to know local friends. I hope you can come!
Alright, back to the Club Sweat event with Simone! Club Sweat Greenwich, formerly known as Elliptica Greenwich, is an incredible, one-of-a-kind cardio workout done on a specialized cross-trainer. It’s similar to a spin class, but better in my opinion. The reason I love Club Sweat Greenwich is because each class kind of feels like a party! The lights are dimmed, the music is loud, and all that matters in those 45 minutes of class is hitting your RPM goals. Basically all you need to know is that these elliptical classes are NOTHING like the boring elliptical you’re used to working out on at the gym.
Simone and I have been taking Club Sweat Greenwich classes for the past 6+ months, which is why it only felt natural to hold the event at their studio. Plus it was the perfect time to remind the surrounding community about their rebranding.
A Boss Babes workout class wouldn’t be complete without matching outfits, am I right? A HUGE thank you to Sweaty Betty for outfitting the entire class. Everyone looked amazing in their all white workout sets. A few notes about our outfits that are super important to mention: these white leggings are NOT see-through. They’re double lined, which means that you have nothing to worry about. I’m linking them here in case you want to get yourself a pair! The leggings paired perfectly with our white crop tops with built-in padding (removable). Of course I got some chocolate on my leggings, but I am happy to report that the stain came out so easily in the wash!

Vita Coco sent us a ton of coconut water, which was perfect right after our hard core class. As refreshing as it was to have a cold coconut water after working out, I have to say that I think Ranger was the biggest fan! As a puppy I gave Ranger coconut chips when training her, but this coconut water was a game changer! She went absolutely crazy for it and now I think I’m going to have to start stocking Vita Coco in our house for her!
As for snacks, Granola Bar (which is local to Fairfield/Westchester County) provided an assortment of treats and energy bites as post-class rewards. They’re one of my favorite places to grab healthy meals on the go, but they also have the best brownies. It’s all about balance right?
The 203 Photo Booth is NOT your average photo booth. I reached out to 203 Photo Booth to see if they wanted to be part of this event and I’m so glad I did! They just launched in June and have such a unique and super fun twist on the conventional photo booth. I don’t want to spill all the secrets, but here’s how it works:
You look into a full-length mirror that has a camera built into it to take your photos. The mirror is touch screen and also talks you through the entire process making it really simple to use. Behind you a backdrop of your choosing (anything from flowers to gold glitter to the Hollywood red carpet). After you take your photo you can choose to edit it with emojis, choose to delete it, or print however many copies you want. 203 Photo Booth a must have at your next big event!
Simone did an amazing job pulling together some great sponsors for our goodie bags. Thanks Simone!! I’ve been meaning to try Vital Proteins collagen drinks for a while so seeing them in my goodie bag was such a nice surprise! Speaking of nice surprises, one of my favorite brands, Slip gifted all of us some of their large silk scrunchies. I own a couple Slip Silk Pillowcases and love them and am now a huge fan of their scrunchies (I’m currently wearing one as I type this blog post up!).
Also part of the goodie bags were some coupons and lip balms from Zen Bronze Tanning. Donna, the owner of Zen Bronze is absolutely amazing. I have a whole blog post dedicated to why I love her & her spray tans so much later this week so stay tuned for that!
Feel free to DM me on Instagram or reach out to me via email. It’s way more fun to workout with a friend and I’d love to work out with you guys! First class is free so what do you have to lose?!
