Happy Friday! I’m excited to be continuing my “Few Favorites” series, which will be making a regular appearance on Fridays. I’d love to hear what your favorite products/accessories/books are currently, make sure to share!
One thing I did want to mention is that I have high standards with the “favorites” that make this post. I spend a lot of time curating these mini-collections and finding several pieces that balance each other. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask! All details included below:
- Cartier Necklace – I’ve been wanting a nice necklace for a while now. I knew I wanted a piece I could wear every day, something timeless, classic, and delicate. This Cartier Légers necklace in an xs checks all the boxes and more! I had such a fun experience going to the Cartier store to pick this necklace out, and as expected, the customer service was top notch!
- Escape Book – Yet another thing that sat on my wishlist for a while was Gray Malin’s new book. I ended up getting to meet Gray Malin yesterday in NYC at a book signing. Already being the proud owner of Beaches, I knew I couldn’t wait to get my hands on Escape. I haven’t had time to read it yet cover to cover, just getting it last night at the event, but you can bet I’m going to find some time ASAP to do so! // What I love about Gary Malin’s artwork is how it brings a new perspective to how we view our daily lives, literally! Gray Malin’s aerial photography has introduced the world to the beauty, the art, and the patterns in our gatherings, whether at the beach, in Central Park, on the ski slopes, etc. He also has worked on countless other projects–I love his Bora Bora photography!–constantly redefining boundaries and the definition of space.
- All Nighter by Urban Decay – This beauty product is one I am never without. I have a backup bottle in my closet (pictured below) to avoid exactly that! This setting spray actually works, which is why it is invaluable to me. I have oily skin so by the end of the day my face is “glowing” (I wouldn’t describe it as glowing, I would just say gross), that is, unless I use this spray, which keeps my skin looking matte longer! It doesn’t prevent my skin from staying entirely matte all day, but of all the products I’ve tried, this one does the best job by far. I own the travel size bottle and the full size bottle (pictured below) and just keep refilling the travel size with the full size. Since I bring my makeup back and forth to work this lightens the load just a tad.
- Beats by Dre Ear Buds – I’ve already written a blog post about these ear phones (check it out here), but I love them so much that I had to feature them again! If anything I would say I cherish these ear buds more and more each day. They have made commuting into the city and just my everyday life so much better/easier. While any ear buds make your phone hands free, with these wireless ones your phone can be in your backpack, the other room, lost under your covers, and you can still be listening to your music, talking to your best friend, etc. They also cancel noise like it’s their job! Oh wait… that is their job!
- Sugarfina Rosé Roses – Again, I know I’ve posted about Sugarfina gummies before, but they made this post because they really are the cutest treat ever! I never ate gummies until I tried Sugarfina Champagne Bears, and now I’m exploring all their flavors! These deliciously adorable treats are my favorite gift to give for any occasion. Congratulations are in order? Gummies. It’s your birthday? Gummies. You had a bad day? Gummies. I’m a sucker for good packaging, but I stand by great products, which is why I can’t stop raving about these!
