Happy Friday! I had such a fun time last night at what was an amazing event hosted by Nina Clarke & The Two Oh Three. It’s been a minute since I’ve done a spin class, but was really looking forward to trying out JoyRide Studio. For those who are newbies to JoyRide too, they offer indoor cycling along with some other classes like Pilates, HIIT, and something called BOSU (which to be honest, I had to look up because I had no idea what it was!).

Before I get into sharing all the details from last night, I just wanted to take a second to thank Nina & Tory for bringing everyone together and thank JoyRide for hosting us all at their Westport location, AND to all the other incredible sponsors (who I’ll share below). As I said before, I hand’t been to a spin class in probably over a year (yikes!). I always find spin classes to be so humbling for me because there’s really no way around the fact that they’ll kick. your. butt. With that being said, you get such a great workout in such a fun environment. Last night was an especially great vibe since we had a LIVE DJ for our class. How cool is that?! DJ Mo Prester turned the spin studio into a club and before I knew it class was over!

Before and after class we got to enjoy some light bites from the Granola Bar & an amazing speciality cocktail featuring Cylinder Vodka! You guys know how much I love both of these businesses; they never disappoint!

While sipping on our festive fall cocktails I got to catch up with so many of my local blogger and local business owner friends! I also got to meet some not-so-new faces who I’d been following on Instagram for forever, but had yet to meet in real life! Shoutout to Tory & Rosco of The Two Oh Three & Jenn of @jennfalik, it was so great to finally meet you all.
