Hello hello! I’m still writing to you from North Carolina and am soaking up every minute of this gorgeous summer weather. With that being said, I’m also pretty darn excited for fall and all the festivities that come along with this season. My 2018 Fall Bucket List is here in case you want to check that out too! Keep scrolling form my 2019 Fall Bucket List and a printout for you to keep track of your own at home!
Go apple picking! Believe it or not, I already went apple picking last week up in Easton, CT. Boom. Check it off. It was so much fun to get out there mid-week and we had the entire orchard to ourselves! When I get home in a couple of days I definitely plan on making my super easy apple pie. I’ll share the recipe with you once I do (first I have to remember it…ha!).
Invest in myself professionally. I haven’t figured out exactly what this will look like, but I want to commit to doing so, which is why I threw it up on this list. Maybe I’ll finally enroll myself in a photography class or sign up for a course online and learn how to edit videos. Who knows!! This is an important one though and I hope everyone reading this finds a way to invest in themselves professionally some way! Could even be as simple as going to the library and checking out a book on something you’ve always wanted to learn about.
Decorate my porch for fall. I’ve started working on this one, but plan on adding some mums to compliment my cute “Hey There Pumpkin” doormat. Shop my doormats here: pumpkin // buffalo check

Send out “just saying hi” notes. Who doesn’t love getting mail? I’m always good about sending thank you cards, but this season I want to take that to the next level and just send out some “juts saying hi” notes. I actually just found a huge stash of funny cards I got from Papyrus a while back during one of their $1/card sales and now am really excited to use them!
Take a trip up to Vermont. I think this is going to be my annual birthday trip and I couldn’t be happier about it! Read all about my trip to Vermont last fall here. I had an amazing time and even got to partner with Land Rover and learn how to off-road! It was epic.
Try a couple meal delivery services. Our home will be under renovation most of this fall, but hopefully before that I will be able to test out some different options. If you have any favorites, please send them my way!
Kick a bad habit. Specifically, start using reusable bags while grocery shopping. I am the WORST with remembering to bring reusable bags with me into the grocery store. 99% of the time I already have them in my car, but it just never crosses my mind to bring them in with me. I’m going to really commit to doing better here though. While I do always recycle my grocery bags, I am going to try to give up using them all together. We will see how this goes. No promises, but I’m willing to try. If you already do this, try setting another eco-friendly goal, like swapping Ziplock bags for Stasher bags or starting composting!
Continue exercising outdoors. If you follow along with my Insta stories then you might have seen a couple of weeks ago that I went for a run for the first time in forever! Since then I’ve gone on a couple of other runs and am really proud of myself. Baby steps is key here. Around this time of year I usually transition to working out inside, which is great and all, but I want to try to continue running outdoors for as long as possible.
