Morning, friends! I can’t believe Christmas is right around the corner! Truth be told, I still have a good portion of my shopping to do before I head down to NC for the holidays.
Speaking of travel, you guys probably remember seeing a few weeks ago that I was out in Boulder, CO for Thanksgiving. It was awesome! You can find my travel guides for Boulder here and here. As I was packing for this trip I couldn’t help but feel like I was missing the right pair of boots. I ended up packing, or rather, overpacking a few different options to avoid flying out there and not having just the right ones. Was I overthinking the whole thing? Probably!
I felt like I needed a pair of boots for walking around downtown, a nicer pair in case I went out to dinner, and a pair that would be able to handle an unexpected snow storm. Of course I did my research to see what the weather would be like in Boulder before flying out there, but I felt like I still had to be prepared for snow even though it wasn’t in the forecast. I definitely didn’t want to be one of those people out in CO during a snowstorm without snow shoes. That would be bad!
I recently partnered with Eastland Shoes to test out a pair of their Ida boots and share my experience with my followers/readers (aka you guys!). Gosh, I wish I had these boots before going out to Boulder because honestly, I could have just spent the whole week in these!
What I love about my Eastland boots is how they’re comfortable, they work with a variety of outfits, and they keep my feet warm! While they’re not shearling lined like an UGG, these boots have a fleece lining on the inside that is just as effective!
If you’re looking for a pair of reasonably priced, high quality boots, you need to check out Eastland Shoes! I’ve been wearing my Ida boots on walks to town, on hiking trails, and even to the beach! They’re the ideal winter weather boot and I’m so lucky to have them to reach for!
Happy Wednesday!
With Love From Greenwich,
Helen
